Song Review: Gang Mentality by Screwdriver Lobotomy

Aye aye! The Glaswegian finest beatdown boys, Screwdriver Lobotomy (Hold the Phione, they're a band) are back with another slamtastic track, 'Gang Mentality,' and oh boy, they know how to deliver. Street Soldier's brother from another mother! They have performed live and I could tell that they know how to put on a show! I won't need to say "I'll believe it when I see it" because their live footage says it all! The beginning of the track starts off with the intro sample from Hood Took Me Under by Compton's Most Wanted. It has a similar vibe to PeelingFlesh's 'Make A Move,' transitioning from old-school hip-hop to slamming guitar riffs, two-steps, windmills and flying jump kicks. It's music to my ears (literally) to hear the iconic bleughs and barks; even the cats approve! Imagine cats in the mosh-pit, two-stepping and pawing the air.
